By using Dustify services, you agree to these terms and all applicable Canadian laws.
Account & Security
You are responsible for your wallet credentials, passkeys, and account activity. Do not attempt to bypass security controls.
Acceptable Use
No unlawful use, abuse, scraping, fraud, malware delivery, or attempts to disrupt service integrity.
Payments
Paid tiers are billed via Stripe. Taxes are calculated where required. Subscription access may be suspended for payment failures.
Disclaimer & Liability
Services are provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dustify disclaims indirect or consequential damages.
